Job Description

Junior Administrator

  • This position supports the administration department at Matheson.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Refund Administration
  2. Mail room duties/Courier
  3. Ordering office supplies
  4. Filing and scanning
  5. Other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. 1- year experience in an office environment
  2. Able to lift up to 20lbs
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal and written)
  4. Comfort with basic functions and formatting of MS Excel and Word
  5. Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility
  6. Flexible to changing duties, workflow and priorities
  7. Capable of working independently and as a member of a team
