Gord AlderdicePresident of Coinamatic Canada
Gord Alderdice has over 30 years of experience with Coinamatic in various senior roles and has served as President since 2013.
Gord began his career at Coinamatic in the Finance Department. With his financial background as a Canadian CPA as a foundation, he moved into roles of Vice-President, Lease Administration and Vice President of Business Development where he has played a key role in the company’s success as the market leader in Canada. In his role as President, Gord has propelled top and bottom line growth at Coinamatic and led the company through its integration with WASH as well as several acquisitions. With his strong financial background and in-depth industry knowledge, Gord is well respected within the Canadian multi-family housing market by both clients and colleagues alike.
Out of the office, Gord enjoys spending time at the family cottage and is an avid curler during the winter months.
Mike PilolliVice-President, Operations & Commercial Laundry
Mike Pilolli has over 30 years of experience in the industry of which 24 years have been spent with Coinamatic in various leadership roles. He has served as Vice President since 2014.
Mike studied business administration at Sheridan College and Schulich School of Business. At George Brown College, he studied and is certified in handling natural gas products. For 16 years, Mike proceeded to work in a fast, customer-centric environment, assuring customer needs was the number one priority. Passionate about the business, and with encouragement from management and colleagues, Mike shifted gears with the company and embraced business development and sales in 2009. The success of his new role catapulted Mike as Vice President of Operations & Commercial Laundry.
Mike is also a board member of CLATA, an industry association.
In his free time, Mike enjoys being a part-time assistant coach with rep baseball and enjoys a round of golf. The time he earns away from the office is his reward and precious time spent with his family.
Don NeufeldVice-President, Route Sales
Don Neufeld has over 30 years of experience in the route laundry business in Senior sales roles and has been Vice President of Sales for Canada since 2015.
Don spent most of his career working with Phelps helping to obtain a National presence, which would eventually lead to Phelps becoming the second largest laundry company in Canada.
Starting as Branch Manager in Alberta and using Sales and Management skills to grow the various Western branches evolved into taking over the growth of the Eastern Markets and into the role of VP of Eastern Sales in Canada for Phelps.
After years of continued growth and expansion in the Eastern Markets, Phelps was acquired by Wash through Coinamatic, leading to his current role as Vice President Sales for Canada.
Overseeing all aspects of the Canadian Sales process with a focus on customer service and innovative product to match market demands, along with strong industry connections and trusted relationships, Don continues to bring value to both the clients and the organization in Canada.
In his off-time, Don enjoys outdoor activities including cycling, golfing and backpacking into remote mountain regions.
Andre KuyntjesVice-President, Legal Affairs
Andre Kuyntjes serves as Vice-President, Legal Affairs for the Coinamatic Group of Companies. Andre is a business-minded lawyer who is experienced in protecting and growing brands through practical advice.
In this role, Andre oversees Coinamatic’s Canadian legal activities including a broad range of corporate commercial, real estate, employment and technology matters. Andre works collaboratively with and advises Coinamatic’s parent company on matters of legal import related to the Canadian landscape. Andre is used to dealing with M&A and other project related matters in addition to complex legal and compliance issues.
Prior to joining Coinamatic, Andre practiced at a top Bay St firm and worked in-house for Interac Association/Acxsys Corporation and The Stronach Group.
Outside of the office, Andre loves spending time with his family, enjoys relaxing at the cottage and remains committed to his charitable endeavours.
