Todd Myers
President of Coinamatic Canada

Todd is an accomplished Executive with broad-based experience in the business-to-business services sector.  He possesses strong business and financial leadership skills, creating an environment of continuous improvement and employee involvement resulting in world class client satisfaction and business performance. Prior to joining Coinamatic, Todd served as Vice President & General Manager of WESCO Energy Solutions formerly Sylvania Energy Solutions, where he was President; President of ChubbEdwards Canada; Vice President Service & Operations at Shred-it/Securit; and various senior management positions with Iron Mountain, Inc. Todd’s wealth of knowledge, experience, and leadership will be a great asset to Coinamatic as we continue to drive forward with our strategic growth initiatives. Todd has been married for 29 years and has two daughters who live in Hamilton and Toronto.   He enjoys spending time with his family which includes two dogs, traveling and playing golf.


Mike PilolliVice-President, Operations

Mike PilolliMike Pilolli is the Vice-President of Operations at Coinamatic Canada. He has over 35 years of experience in the industry.

During the past 28 years with Coinamatic, Mike has held various leadership roles. He has served as the VP of Commercial Sales, Business Development Manager & National Operations Manager to name a few.

Mike is a passionate leader fuelled by team collaboration and progressive momentum. His wealth of industry knowledge and extensive experience allow him to excel in various areas such as leadership, management, contract negotiations, acquisitions, and strategic planning. He is dedicated to driving customer value and strives to achieve customer satisfaction.

Mike is also a board member of CLATA, a recognized industry association and served as a board member.

Mike enjoys spending time with his two boys and being a part-time coach with their rep baseball teams. He also enjoys playing golf. The time he earns away from the office is his reward and precious time spent with his family.


Don NeufeldVice-President, Sales

Don Neufeld

Don is an experienced Senior Leader who has been working in the services industry his entire career.  He has vast experience in developing customer driven initiatives that result in the highest level of customer satisfaction while still driving exceptional business performance. He has served as Vice President since 2015.

Prior to his current position, he was Vice president at Phelps in charge of all aspects of the business helping execute aggressive growth plans creating the second largest laundry company in Canada.

Overseeing all aspects of the Canadian sales process with a focus on customer service and innovative products to match market demands, Don continues to bring value to both Clients and the organization in Canada.

In his off-time, Don enjoys outdoor activities including cycling, golfing and backpacking into remote mountain regions.


Talal KhanController/Director, Finance

Talal Khan

Talal Khan, CPA, CMA,  has been employed with Coinamatic since 2016, holding various roles within the Finance department with a stint in Los Angeles as the Assistant Controller for Coinamatic’s parent company, WASH. Since his return to Canada in early 2020, he has held the position of Controller/Director of Finance for Coinamatic to present day. Talal holds a Bachelor Degree from York University in Business Administration as well as a CPA, CMA designation. Talal currently manages and oversees all finance-related activities including controllership, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate taxes, as well as cash flow.

Prior to joining Coinamatic, Talal has held multiple accounting & financial roles in various companies including Keller Canada and ClearStream Energy Services. In addition to his prior experiences in the industry, Talal has had several years of experience managing investment portfolios of high net worth individuals in the banking and financial services sector.

Talal presently resides in Milton, Ontario. During his time off, Talal enjoys travelling, spending time with close friends and family, and finding new and delicious food wherever it may be.


Ian AdamsonDirector, Administration

Ian has developed his career working in the laundry service industry, and for over 20 years has worked at Coinamatic in various back office functions supporting Clients both internally and externally.

As the Director, Administration, Ian is responsible for Client payments, lease administration, and Client support as well as overseeing the general operations of ParkSmart, a Coinamatic Company. Acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, Ian works to provide stability and reliability in the face of change and innovation especially important as our group of companies continue through a Digital Transformation.

Focused on analytics and quality control, Ian has spearheaded several continuous improvement projects to automate business processes and align with the ever-changing payment landscape.

In his spare time, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, time outdoors camping and skiing, and model making during the quiet days spent at home.

 


Anthea WardHuman Resources Manager

With extensive knowledge in Human Resources, Anthea has been a valued resource supporting the Coinamatic business for over 17 years. Anthea’s career started in recruitment at CIBC. She attended school on a part-time basis to obtain her Certified Human Resources Leadership (CHRL) designation while working fulltime in Human Resources.

During the pandemic in 2020, Anthea accepted the challenge to expand her role to Regional HR Lead to support all of Canada as well as the Eastern US Region. Anthea specializes in Employee Relations and enjoys assisting in the development of others both at work and in her personal life. Originally from Britain, Anthea enjoys travelling back to the UK on a regular basis to visit immediate and extended family as well as exploring our beautiful country of Canada.
