Refund Request

Our Multilingual Call Centre is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call us at 1-800-561-1972 and our customer service representatives will help you obtain your refund. In order to receive a refund, you must provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Apartment or Unit #
  • City
  • Postal Code
  • Telephone number
  • Information about the machine you were using and the nature of the problem

You can also email customercare@coinamatic.com with all the required information and our staff will respond within 3 business days. Additionally, you can fill out a contact form, here.

If you are mailing in a defective card or other information regarding your refund, please mail your information to:

If you are faxing information, please send to our confidential fax number 1-800-565-5315.

Did funds fail to load to your laundry card? If you were using a reload kiosk and your account was debited but funds didn’t load to your card, the funds should automatically transfer back into your debit or credit account.  This process may take as long as 5 business days.  Therefore, be patient!  However, if the funds are not returned to your account after 5 business days, please email customercare@coinamatic.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Apartment or Unit #
  • City
  • Postal Code
  • Telephone number
  • Serial number printed on the back of your laundry card
  • A screenshot of the Coinamatic transaction that was deducted from your debit/credit account

Our customer service representatives will be able to refund you with a check or value code.
