Job Description

Position Overview

In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the daily administrative function within our Eastern region while maintaining the highest level of internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of client requests
  • Client account balance adjustment preparation
  • Preparation and processing of client account updates
  • Assist with returned mail
  • Payment calculation explanation
  • Client portfolio review, as required
  • Process supply orders from clients
  • Assisting with day to day branch operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Comfort with basic functions and formatting in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written
  • Must be flexible to changes in duties, workflow, and priorities
  • Able to work well independently or as a member of a team
  • Self-motivated, responsive and individual who believes in personal responsibility
  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong lateral thinking ability
  • Understanding of business strategy
  • Comfort with intermediate math
  • Bi-Lingual Required
