Position Summary:

In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the daily administrative tasks and mail room duties at the Matheson office.

  • Refund Administration
  • Scanning Documents
  • Mail Processing (Internal & External)
  • Courier Scheduling
  • Processing of Returned Mail
  • Ordering of Office Supplies
  • Maintaining Stock Room
  • Client Support Documentation Compilation


  • * 1 year experience in an office environment
  • Completion of a High School diploma
  • Able to lift up to 20lbs
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership in their work
  • Ability to carry out assigned projects to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and good understanding of MS Office Suite
  • Comfort with basic functions and formatting in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written
  • Must be flexible to changes in duties, workflow, and priorities
  • Able to work well independently or as a member of a team
  • Self-motivated, responsive and individual who believes in personal responsibility
  • Detailed oriented
