- Postal Code
- Telephone number
- Information about the machine you were using and the nature of the problem

Did funds fail to load to your laundry card? If you were using a reload kiosk and your account was debited but funds didn’t load to your card, the funds should automatically transfer back into your debit or credit account. This process may take as long as 5 business days. Therefore, be patient! However, if the funds are not returned to your account after 5 business days, please submit your request using our Online Service Request Form. Please be sure to include the following:.
- Date and proof of the transaction
- 4 last digits of the payment card used
- Laundry card number/ email address of Mobile account used
- Location of kiosk if payment made at a reloading machine
- Postal Code
